District 6 is proud to represent 19 communities working together with a shared commitment to public safety, professional service, and regional cooperation. Every day, our departments stand ready to respond, not only within our own towns and cities, but alongside one another through mutual aid whenever help is needed.
This site was created by the Fire Chiefs within those communities to strengthen communication across our departments and communities by providing updates, training information, announcements, resources, and highlights from around the district. It will also serve as a place to recognize the dedication of the firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, fire prevention staff, and support teams who make this collaboration possible.
The strength of District 6 comes from partnership. Whether responding to large-scale incidents, supporting neighboring communities during emergencies, or training together to improve readiness, our departments understand that teamwork saves lives.
We are excited to launch this new platform and look forward to using it to keep our members and the public informed and connected.
